SatchTech Innovations("we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We handle personal data in line with the Data Protection Act, 2021 of Zambia.
Information we collect
- Enquiry details you submit through our contact form: your name, email address and/or phone number, the service you are interested in, a subject, and your message.
- Assistant chat messages you type to Satch, our virtual assistant. If you ask Satch to send a request to our team, the name, contact details, and request you confirm are saved as an enquiry.
- Technical information needed to run and protect the website, such as your IP address, which we use briefly to limit abuse of the contact form and assistant.
We do not use advertising or analytics cookies on this website. Messages you send to Satch are passed to our AI provider, Anthropic, to generate a reply. We do not store chat conversations (only requests you ask Satch to send), and you should not share financial details or ID numbers in the chat.
How we use your information
- To reply to your enquiry and prepare quotations you ask for.
- To provide and follow up on services you engage us for.
- To keep the website secure and prevent spam.
We do not sell your personal information or share it with third parties for their own marketing.
Who we share it with
Your information is stored with our website hosting and email providers, and assistant chat messages are processed by our AI provider, all on our behalf. We may also disclose information where required by law.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for as long as needed to respond and to maintain a reasonable record of our dealings with you, and then delete them. You can ask us to delete your enquiry at any time.
